It is already diluted so you can use it topically without worries. Perfect to take with you on the go as a oil-based sinus relief inhaler.
How to use this Blend?
When using the Minus Sinus blend in our Aroma Diffuser, add 3 to 6 drops into the diffuser chamber AFTER adding the water. Then pick your preferred setting and enjoy the fresh, clean scent all day long. We suggest that you start with 3 drops and only increase if you feel 3 is not strong enough – according to preference. Use effectively in a diffuser, on your diffuser necklace or plainly on your palms with direct inhalation.
